PRIVACY POLICY

LAST UPDATED / NOV 05, 2026

This policy explains how information may be handled when you play Lethal Ape Ultimate (“the Game”), a Meta Horizon VR experience created by Stoke (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

IN SHORT — The Game runs on Meta Horizon and uses Photon multiplayer networking. These services may process account, device, and session information to make the experience work.

01 / INFORMATION THE GAME MAY USE

Depending on the features enabled in the version you play, the Game may access or process:

Meta platform information needed to launch the Game, identify your platform account to the experience, or use social and multiplayer features.
Gameplay and session details such as room or matchmaking state, player presence, and information sent between players during a session.
Basic technical information needed for connectivity, security, service operation, and troubleshooting. Meta, Photon, or their infrastructure providers may handle this information.

The information available to the Game depends on the platform permissions and features enabled in the published build. Check the Meta Horizon permission prompt and platform privacy controls for the permissions requested by your build.

02 / HOW INFORMATION IS USED

Information is used to operate the Game, connect multiplayer sessions, support social features you choose to use, protect the service from abuse, and diagnose technical problems. We do not use information collected through the Game to run advertising on our own behalf.

03 / SERVICE PROVIDERS

The Game is designed for Meta Horizon VR and uses Photon services for multiplayer networking. Meta and Photon may process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Unity prefabs are development components and are not, by themselves, a data collection service. We do not control the independent privacy practices of these providers.

04 / SHARING AND RETENTION

Information may be shared with Meta and Photon as needed to provide platform and multiplayer features. We do not sell personal information. Service providers retain information according to their own policies and operational needs. We do not maintain a separate player profile database through this website.

05 / CHILDREN AND CHOICES

The Game is intended for people who are permitted to use Meta Horizon under Meta’s age requirements and applicable law. Use the privacy and account controls offered by Meta Horizon to manage platform information and social settings.
