TERMS OF SERVICE
These terms cover your use of Lethal Ape Ultimate (“the Game”), a Meta Horizon VR experience created by Stoke (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Game, you agree to these terms and the rules of the Meta Horizon platform.
01 / USING THE GAME
You may use the Game for personal, non-commercial play while you follow these terms, Meta’s applicable platform terms, and the laws that apply to you. You are responsible for having a compatible Meta Horizon account and device.
02 / PLAY FAIRLY AND RESPECTFULLY
Do not use the Game to harass, threaten, exploit, disrupt, or harm other players. Do not attempt to cheat, interfere with multiplayer services, access systems without authorization, or use the Game in a way that violates Meta’s rules. We may restrict access to the Game for conduct that harms players or the service.
03 / ONLINE SERVICES AND AVAILABILITY
Multiplayer features rely on Meta Horizon and Photon networking services. Those services may change, be interrupted, or become unavailable. We do not guarantee that the Game or any online feature will always be available or error-free.
04 / GAME MATERIALS
The Game’s name, presentation, and original materials belong to their respective owners. These terms do not transfer ownership to you. Do not copy, redistribute, modify, or commercially exploit the Game or its materials except where the law or separate written permission allows it.
05 / UPDATES AND CHANGES
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Game. We may also update these terms; the date above shows when they were last revised. Your continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
06 / DISCLAIMERS AND LIABILITY
The Game is provided as available, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent allowed by law, Stoke is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Game.
07 / OTHER TERMS
If a part of these terms cannot be enforced, the remaining parts continue to apply. These terms do not replace Meta’s platform terms or any terms that apply to Photon services.
08 / CONTACT
For questions about these terms, use the creator or app contact channel provided on the Meta Horizon listing for Lethal Ape Ultimate. This website does not provide a separate support service.
